Come join Spare Change vendors, staff, and Homeless Empowerment Project board members at our 18th anniversary celebration, which will culminate on Saturday, May 8th with a silent auction gala.
The event will be held at the Inn at Harvard from 6-9pm and will feature over 40 items on which to bid. The donations that we’ve received this year include exciting products and services from locals, including Red Sox tickets, hot air balloon rides, signed Boston sports memorbelia,works by local artists, and numerous gift certificates to popular restaurants and shops.
The gala will include hors d’oeuvres and an open bar of beer, wine, and alternative beverages. Eclectic music will be punctuate the occasion, from traditional bluegrass to acoustic singer/songwriter performance, to Moroccan folk. Entertainment will also include readings from well-known local poets and authors.
Tickets to the event are available at through the link above and at the door. They are priced at $30 per person or $55 per couple.
