Safe Haven – On the Rise, Inc.

On the Rise provides long-term support and assistance to homeless and at-risk women. Both breakfast and lunch are served, and women have access to private showers and phones. A guest may receive mail and up to $20 for specific individual needs. Clean clothing is available, as is a quiet place to read and nap. There is no clean and sober policy.
